What kind of variety is right for you?

The variety you choose depends entirely on your animals. Typically, smaller animals will like cracked or fine milled, as it's easier to digest. When in doubt, we recommend going with cracked!

Whole

Whole grains contain the entire grain kernel, including the bran, germ, and endosperm, providing more nutrients and fiber.

Cracked

Cracked grains are broken into smaller pieces but still include all parts of the grain, making them slightly easier to digest.

Fine Milled

Fine-milled grains are ground into a powder, resulting in a finer texture but with fewer nutrients than whole or cracked grains.
